We live out of state and found David on the internet, due to his excellent website.  After looking at houses online for a while, we went up to Boone and met him in person, to go look at some properties.  We were impressed right away by his professionalism, local knowledge, personality and total lack of pushiness. This first visit was more to get a feel for the area than to buy something, which David understood.  We spent about a day and a half during that visit, during which we learned a lot, which helped us focus our search on certain areas. During our second visit a few months later, we found the house we ended up buying.  It was not on our schedule to view, but it showed up as a price change on the website while we were there. David adjusted immediately and showed us that house. After that, the whole buying process took place while we were out of state.  David’s assistance during the negotiations and inevitable glitches during the home buying process was invaluable. What could have been a very stressful time ended up much less so because of his professionalism and competence. We could not have found a better realtor!  In addition, David has a great personality and is a very interesting individual. I cannot say enough good things about him. Highly recommended!

I spoke with David initially to inquire about a home that he had listed. That home didn't work out but over the next month, he was quick to send any new properties that came on the market that we may be interested in. We planned a weekend to view homes and he spent a lot of time planning the days to ensure that we had appointments to see all the properties that we were interested in as well as providing detailed information about each home. In September of 2017 on a whim, while staying in Blowing Rock NC one weekend, my wife and I wanted to view a property. It was cold and rainy and not ideal for viewing a home but we called the agency listed and Tara came out to meet with us. Unfortunately, that property did not work out however; she  suggested a lot just down from the house we looked at and we ended up purchasing it in May of 2018. We originally took some time to evaluate and ended up purchasing the 1.53 Acres she had shown us. Tara helped my husband and I sell our rental home. She was incredible! I had questions all if the time and she answered them quickly and never got sick of me.
